The adapter is of good quality, shipped quickly and delivered within the specified time frame. Upon testing, the original power supply does not output 120W. The reason is unknown; I used a previously purchased cable that I bought as high-quality and not cheap.

The adapter is good, so I'm not opening a dispute. But what about the 120W? I connected it to the 100W charging station port, it passes 10-12W. It doesn't support boost, fast charging works fine.

There's no question of any fast charging here. Even a 67W phone can't handle charging. I don't recommend it.
I tested three smartphones, and they only charge with standard fast charging up to 18W. Data transfer speed of 200 - 100 MB. So the seller is still a scoundrel :) Although for that kind of money one could have expected a bit more.

It doesn't give you faster charging but it is good for transport files from your phone to usb.
All 3 pieces arrived undamaged so no complaints here. however when trying to copy a few 300/400 mb files to a usb 3.0 capable thumbdrive, the transfer speeds didn't seem that really impressive (as one might think). sure the usb thumbdrive might not have been a quality one but nevertheless. in regards to the 120w capable charging (or current pass-through i have no douts the adapter is qc 3.0/4.0/pd-capable but the label is an exaggeration to say the least. still a good gadget to have in your roster.

Excellent OTG adapter for data transfer: speed ~800-900 MB/s (close to 10 Gbps), reliably connects flash drives/mice to Type-C devices. The transparent case looks cool and is compact. But 120W charging is a marketing scam: it actually delivers a maximum of 18-20W (the standard for USB-A). Heats up under load. Use for data/OTG, not for fast charging. 4/5.

Good quality product, at first it locked up the usb c that i had put in but it only needed some force to get out. I am using this with a usb c audio card that has the same transparent look, it works great and no audio quality loss.

It has a set of pins necessary for usb 3.x and i've tested it with usb 3.0. Case doesn't feel particularly sturdy, but i'm using it in a stationary application without any stress, so it's ok.
