Welcome to AliHelp ("AliHelp", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AliHelp website (alihelp.xyz) and its browser extensions, including AliHelp Coupons (collectively, the "Service").

By visiting or using alihelp.xyz, or by installing an AliHelp extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you're using it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AliHelp provides a free toolkit for AliExpress sellers and shoppers. Our first live tool, AliHelp Coupons, is a browser extension and website that surfaces verified AliExpress promo codes, deals and free-shipping offers, and rewrites AliExpress product/store links into affiliate-tracked links.

Important: AliHelp is an independent third-party developer tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AliExpress, Alibaba Group, or any of their affiliates. AliExpress and Alibaba are trademarks of their respective owners.

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future; core coupon browsing will remain free.

Subject to these Terms, AliHelp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the website and extension for personal or business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You may:

• Browse and copy coupon codes to use on your own AliExpress orders.
• Use our affiliate links when making purchases.
• Share AliHelp with others by directing them to alihelp.xyz.
• Contact AliHelp support for help with the Service.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• Violates applicable law - including fraud, coupon abuse, or unauthorized reselling of discounted goods obtained via our links.
• Abuses the submission system - submitting fake, spam, or intentionally invalid coupon codes to our review queue.
• Automates the extension at scale - running it via bots or scripts to bulk-harvest data outside normal human browsing.
• Impersonates AliHelp - or falsely implies AliHelp endorsement.
• Redistributes the extension outside official channels without written permission.

The AliHelp website, extension, logos, and written content are the intellectual property of AliHelp. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without written permission.

Coupon codes and deal links displayed originate from AliExpress's own promotions or from codes submitted by users; AliHelp does not claim ownership of the underlying offers themselves, only of the curation, presentation, and code that makes up the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that any coupon code will work at checkout - AliExpress vouchers can be region-, currency-, or time-limited and may be retired without notice. We review and refresh codes regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

AliExpress may change its website structure at any time, which can temporarily affect the extension. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep it working but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIHELP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost savings from a coupon that didn't apply, resulting from your use of the Service or of AliExpress itself.

Since the Service is provided free of charge, AliHelp's total aggregate liability to you is zero dollars ($0.00) to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may modify these Terms at any time; we'll update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance.
