AliHelp ("AliHelp", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what our AliHelp Coupons browser extension and website (alihelp.xyz) interact with, and how it is handled.

Our extension is designed to operate exclusively on AliExpress pages. When active, it:

• Reads visible page text to look for coupon or promo-code patterns already displayed on the page you're viewing.
• Requests the current coupon list from our server (alihelp.xyz) to show in the extension's panel and popup.
• Submits any coupon code it finds - the code itself, the page title, and the page URL - to our server for human review before it's ever shown to other users.

Our website does not require account creation, registration, or login. We do not collect personally identifiable information through the website unless you voluntarily contact us via the contact form, in which case we receive only what you choose to submit (name, email, message).

Coupon codes captured by the extension are used for one purpose: to grow and keep fresh the public coupon list shown on alihelp.xyz and in the extension. Submitted codes are held as "unverified" and reviewed by a human before they're shown to anyone else.

If you contact us through the website's contact form, we use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use contact-form submissions for marketing without your explicit consent.

Preferences and cache data stored locally via Chrome's storage API (see Section 4) are used only to speed up the extension and remember which codes it has already submitted. This data never leaves your device except for the specific code/title/URL sent as described in Section 1.

We want to be explicit about what the extension and website never collect:

• Personal identifiers - no name, email, or phone number is collected through the extension.
• Login credentials or passwords - the extension never reads or stores any username, password, or auth token, including on AliExpress.
• General browsing history - we don't monitor or log which non-AliExpress sites you visit.
• Payment information - the extension has no access to card, banking, or payment data.
• AliExpress account data - order history, saved addresses, and wishlists are never read or transmitted.
• Device identifiers or geolocation - not requested or accessed.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

The AliHelp Coupons extension uses Chrome's local storage API (chrome.storage.local) to cache:

• The current coupon list, so the panel opens instantly without a network round-trip.
• The affiliate link prefix used to build tracked deal links.
• Which codes have already been submitted, so the same code isn't sent twice.

This data is stored exclusively on your device. You can clear it at any time by removing the extension or clearing extension data via chrome://settings/siteData.

Our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set by our hosting infrastructure are strictly functional (e.g. session security).

AliHelp does not embed third-party advertising networks or social media tracking pixels in the extension.

Our website may be hosted on a third-party hosting provider, which may collect standard server access logs (IP address, request timestamps) as part of normal infrastructure operation. These logs are controlled by the hosting provider under their own privacy policy.

When you click a coupon's "Get Deal" link, you're taken to AliExpress via an affiliate tracking link - AliExpress is a separate service operated by Alibaba Group and governed by its own privacy policy. AliHelp has no control over AliExpress's data practices.

AliHelp's extension and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through our contact form, contact us at shadowcode67@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

Our website and API use standard HTTPS encryption to protect data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a security incident affecting data you've submitted to us, we will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the extension or website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
