My issues are not with my purchasing experience but instead with the product instead, the response time is horrible. There is no way this controller can be used in a competitive game. Apart from that materials are great, i love the packaging, it arrived quickly and the buttons feel good when pressed. This will have to go to my kids, it is a waste for me as i cant use it for what i wanted it for.

The controller is well instructed but you must keep in mind that if you want to omit the dongle (why wouldn't you want to use USB) you won't have detection like Xbox, only like Play on the PC, and the Play controllers on the PC don't work well at all, Microsoft doesn't want it. You would have to connect it by cable or with the dongle.

I don't give it 5 stars because with my PC, which has integrated BT, it doesn't work via BT. It recognizes it, configures it, but then it doesn't work if you go to the store. cpl, it doesn't appear as a wireless controller which is how it appears on BT devices, it comes out with a strange name, and if you try the sticks and buttons, it doesn't do anything directly. I have other BT controllers that work without problems, I have tried connecting it to a Linux console via BT and it detects it, but it doesn't allow configuration either, so it doesn't work for me either. However, if you connect it via cable or through the 2.4Ghz dongle, it works perfectly.

My review of this controller is that it is functional, but not exceptional. Even though it has Bluetooth, it can also be used with a USB cable, but I found that even in that case the battery still drains. If the battery runs out, the connection is lost and the controller turns off, and you need to recharge it before you can use it again. To play on Xbox PC, you need to use a receiver, and sometimes there are delays that make it impossible to win. I hope for a software update to resolve these issues, because the design seems flawed to me. The tactile sensation is good, but the LT and RT buttons are not balanced: the left trigger requires more pressure, a probable manufacturing defect. The LB and RB buttons also have irregular sensitivity depending on the point of pressure. For players who are not too demanding, I would recommend it for its quality-to-price ratio.

The controller for the price is great. On PC without issues but for the Nintendo Switch, which I bought it for one of my kids, most of the buttons need to be configured in the game like in Fortnite because it comes with a different configuration as if it were a different controller than the Switch one but compatible.

For the price, it's quite good; the levers feel better than the original. For casual gaming, using wireless mode is fine; for more competitive play, it's better to connect via cable.

I was worried because the box arrived very crushed, but upon opening it, I realized that the controller comes with a hard plastic protector that greatly helps prevent damage to the controller. As for the control, it feels light, made of good materials, and comfortable in the hand. I haven't tried it yet but it seems like I'm going to enjoy using it. I will modify my comment later once I have tried it for a few weeks.

I haven't been able to make it work via Bluetooth that comes with it yet, only with the cable (which doesn't come with it), but I'm enjoying it. Costing 1/3 of a modern Xbox controller is still worth it, but if it cost more I would pay a little more and get a Play 5 or Xbox.

Arrived even earlier than the expected time. Box was packaged tightly (several layers of bubble wrap) . Does not come with a cable (but any usb cable works on it, tried an android charger, and it was able to charge and connect to my pc). The controller came with a box to store it, and the dongle is under the controller in the box. Connecting the dongle is quite easy: plug it in a usb port, press on the little button on the side of the dongle, and press on the main button of the controller, it should connect in less than 5 seconds. Came fully charged (when charging it, you will see different colors for the home button, green turning on and off means it is fully charged. Reading the manual (which they give a qr code for it) i was able to easily connect to bluetooth (i tried first without the manual and i couldn’t connect to my phone, turns out you need to press the home button and one of the xyab buttons to choose the connection mode). The best controller I've ever used is better than my PS5 controller with huge drift with those Hall sticks; that controller has difficulty drifting and also lasts long and charges quickly. I use it for my PC and PS5, works for both but PS5 has some issues because it's an Xbox controller.
